• Where is the store based?

  Calgary, Canada

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  All products are shipped through standard shipping at this time. The rough estimates for delivery are as follows:
  US: 5-11 business days
  Canada: 8-17 business days
  International: 7-27 business days

• My product came in damaged!

  Please contact me with photos of your packing slip and of the damaged product within 3 weeks after you received the product. If the product was damaged in shipping, I'll get you a free replacement!

• My product was lost in transit!

  First, double check that the shipping address you gave was correct. Then check with your local post office to see if they can help you locate your lost package.
  If the address is correct and the post office can't help, contact me and I'll do what I can to help you.
  Please keep in mind that any claims for lost items can only be done within 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date!
